At Rousora, we believe in transparency. To deliver our services effectively, we integrate with trusted third-party platforms. This page explains which tools we use, why we use them, and what it means for your data.

1. Purpose of Integrations

Our services often require connecting your business data with external platforms (such as CRMs, ERPs, chat systems, or analytics tools). 

These integrations allow us to:

  • Keep sales, customer, and operations data organised.
  • Automate routine tasks and workflows.
  • Provide 24/7 customer support via chatbots.
  • Track performance and improve our services.

Some integrations are optional and chosen per client project. Others may be default for delivering core services.

2. List of Third-Party Platforms We Integrate With

CRM Systems

  • Bitrix24 – CRM + telephony + workflow automation.
  • Zoho – CRM, finance, and customer support suite.
  • HubSpot / Freshworks – marketing and CRM tools (client-specific).

ERP Platforms

  • Odoo – ERP for inventory, sales, and finance.
  • ERPNext – lightweight open-source ERP (optional, SME-focused).
Communication & Customer Support
  • Telegram – used for chatbot interactions.
  • Tawk.to – embedded live chat on websites.

Analytics & Marketing
  • Google Analytics – website usage tracking.
  • Google Ads / Facebook Pixel – advertising and remarketing (optional).

Hosting & Infrastructure
  • Cloud Hosting Providers (AWS, Azure, or equivalents) – hosting AI/chatbot components.
  • Docker / SSL Providers – containerisation and encrypted communications.

3. Data Handling & Privacy

  • Some client data may be transferred to third-party platforms to enable these integrations (e.g., customer contact details in CRM, website visitor activity in Analytics).
  • Data is shared only as needed to deliver the agreed service.
  • All third parties are vetted for compliance with POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (EU).
  • Rousora does not sell or share your data with unrelated third parties.
  • Clients remain responsible for securing their own accounts with third-party providers (e.g., passwords, user access).

4. Compliance & Risk Disclosure

  • While Rousora carefully selects integration partners, we cannot control their uptime, policy changes, or pricing adjustments.
  • We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers (see Terms & Conditions).
  • Some providers may process data outside South Africa/EEA — this is always reviewed under data protection rules.

5. Client Control & Opt-Out

  • Clients may request a custom setup without certain third-party integrations.
  • Some core services (e.g., CRM or ERP setup) may not function without at least one platform integration.
  • To opt out or request alternatives, please contact us.

6. Updates to This Disclosure

The list of integrations may change as we add new partners or retire old ones. Updates will always appear on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
